This page describes how shabash is delivered. DIGITIUM TECHNOLOGIES LLP does not manufacture or ship physical goods. The page exists so payment and compliance reviewers can confirm our delivery model. Related: Terms, Refunds.

Digital service

shabash is a digital workplace recognition Service. Access is through a web browser at https://shabash.club. There are no shipping times, shipping costs, or delivery charges for the Service itself.

When access starts

• Paid Groups: recognition and redemption features are available when the Subscription is in good standing (and the Team is active)
• Legacy Groups: access follows the Customer's existing legacy rules and prepaid Credit
• Sign-in is by email magic link or Google OAuth — we do not mail physical account credentials

Gift cards

Members may redeem points for electronic gift cards fulfilled by Hubble. Codes and PINs are delivered digitally (email and in-app). Any later physical use of a gift card (for example buying goods from a brand) is between the Member, Hubble, and the brand — not Digitium — and is subject to those parties' own terms.

Geographic focus

The Service is designed for organisations in India (billing in INR, Razorpay, GSTIN fields, Bengaluru jurisdiction). We do not claim worldwide availability. Access from other locations may be limited by the Customer's configuration, payment methods, or third-party providers.
