How shabash fits your workplace

A User signs in to shabash and belongs to one Group (the billing organization). After Slack sync, each User has a Member record with points Balance, seasonal Allowance, and a role. The Team holds program settings: Slack channel, points multiplier, timezone, and automated birthday and work-anniversary awards. A Shabash is a recognition transaction where one Member awards points to another.

Recognition and rewards

Members award points from Slack or the web app, often with AI-assisted messages. Admins can grant bonus points for spot recognition. Members redeem points for 450+ gift card brands through Hubble; the Group funds redemptions with prepaid Credit. Subscription billing for the recognition product runs through Razorpay.
